Pauline Wrigley: Get the foundation right

When I started working with Brad as my running coach, I had 3 marathons under my belt and wanted to start building up for my next. He took me back to the basics: short runs and a big focus on strength and core work.  While it's still work in progress after a few months of training, I ran 2 half marathon events within a few weeks of each other, and couldn't believe how much stronger I felt during those races. A great feeling! To top it off I set a new PB and got 3rd and 1st placings respectively for my age group. I'm stoked.  I feel lot more confident and excited about building up now for my next marathon.  Thanks Brad.
